Terms & Conditions.

These terms ("Terms") govern your use of www.kuiqdeals.com (the "Site") and any orders placed with KUIQ DEALS Technologies Pvt Ltd ("KUIQ DEALS", "we", "us"). By using the Site or submitting a quote request, you agree to these Terms.

1. About us

KUIQ DEALS Technologies Pvt Ltd is a registered private limited company headquartered in Rawalpindi, Pakistan, with operations in Dubai, UAE. CEO & Founder: Wasim Iqbal.

2. Use of the website

You may use the Site to browse products, request quotes, and contact us. You may not:

• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or harvest data from the Site
• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent quote requests
• Upload files containing malware, viruses, or unlawful content
• Use the Site to violate any law or third party's rights
• Bypass our rate limits, reCAPTCHA, or security measures

3. Quote requests & orders

3.1 Quotes are non-binding

A quote sent in response to your request is an invitation to treat, not a binding offer. A binding contract is formed only when we issue a formal invoice or proforma and you confirm payment.

3.2 Pricing

• Prices are quoted in PKR (Pakistani Rupees) for Pakistan customers and AED (UAE Dirhams) for UAE customers, unless stated otherwise.
• Wholesale dealers receive volume discounts subject to MOQ (Minimum Order Quantity).
• Prices are subject to change without notice due to currency fluctuation, supplier costs, or stock availability. The price quoted in our reply email is valid for 14 days unless explicitly stated.
• Sales tax / VAT is added per applicable Pakistani or UAE regulations.

3.3 Payment terms

• Bank transfer — preferred for all wholesale and corporate orders
• Cash on delivery (COD) — available within Pakistan for verified retail orders below PKR 50,000
• Corporate purchase orders (PO) — accepted from registered businesses with NTN, on net-30 terms after a credit check
• Goods remain the property of KUIQ DEALS until full payment is received

3.4 Delivery

• Self-pickup at our Rawalpindi HQ during business hours (Mon–Sat, 9 am – 8 pm PKT)
• Local delivery within Rawalpindi/Islamabad (charges apply, free above PKR 25,000)
• Courier (TCS / Leopards / DHL) nationwide — typically 1–3 business days
• International shipping to UAE and GCC — 5–10 business days, customs duties paid by recipient
• Delivery times are estimates. We are not liable for delays caused by couriers, customs, or force majeure.

4. Returns, warranty & after-sales

4.1 Defective on arrival (DOA)

If you receive a defective product, notify us within 7 days of receipt with photos and the original invoice. We will arrange a free replacement or refund.

4.2 Manufacturer warranty

Most of our hardware (laptops, CCTV cameras, printers, scanners) is covered by the original manufacturer's warranty. Standard durations:

• Laptops & computers — 1 year
• CCTV cameras & NVRs — 2 years
• Thermal & barcode printers — 1 year
• Networking equipment — 1 year
• Consumables (thermal rolls, ribbons, labels) — no warranty after dispatch unless DOA

Warranty does not cover physical damage, water/liquid damage, unauthorised repairs, or misuse.

4.3 Returns & exchanges

Unopened, unused items in original packaging may be returned within 14 days for exchange or store credit. Custom-printed items, opened consumables, and software licenses are non-returnable.

5. Installation & service contracts

Where we provide on-site CCTV installation, networking, or office IT setup:

• A site survey is required before final pricing
• Installation timelines are confirmed in the proforma invoice
• Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC) are renewable and quoted separately
• You agree to provide reasonable access, power, and safety conditions for our technicians

6. Intellectual property

The Site design, brand, logos, photos, and copy are the property of KUIQ DEALS Technologies Pvt Ltd or its licensors. The interactive 3D brochure design and underlying source code are protected by copyright and may not be reproduced without permission.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Pakistani and UAE law, KUIQ DEALS's total liability arising from any single order is limited to the amount paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages including lost revenue, lost data, or business interruption.

8. Force majeure

We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control, including (without limitation) natural disasters, pandemics, war, civil unrest, government action, currency embargoes, or supplier failures.

9. Governing law & jurisdiction

For Pakistani customers, these Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, with disputes subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Rawalpindi/Islamabad.

For UAE customers, these Terms are governed by the laws of United Arab Emirates, with disputes subject to Dubai courts.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms occasionally. The date at the top reflects the latest revision. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance.
